  Once you purchase Allegheny equipment, we are available to install it and train your personnel in its proper maintenance and safe, efficient operation.

CONVEYORS

  To assist in moving material to and from your destruction equipment, Allegheny offers optional conveyors:

Sorting Conveyors allow your operators to separate material by grade and type prior to destruction, thus maximizing the value of your recycled material.

In-Floor Conveyors allow operators or a front-end loader to push material into your destruction equipment without lifting.

Metering Conveyors automatically control the amount of material moving to the cutting/crushing assembly. This helps minimize jams and optimize throughput.

Output Conveyors (bolt-on or roll-away) allow easy transporting of destroyed material into a baler, compactor, dumpster, or other receptacle.

Mobile Pit Conveyors allow mobile truck pre-destroyed material to be conveyed to your baler.

TIPPERS   Used with a loading cart, security cabinet, or a Gaylord container, a tipper offers an efficient way to load material onto your input conveyor. This increases throughput of material to be destroyed and minimizes operator fatigue and strain.

Security Containers   We offer a range of security containers suitable for offices, departments, or for each floor of your building. These attractive containers serve as portable collection units for secure storage of confidential materials prior to shredding.

AUTO-FEED SYSTEMS    The Allegheny “Auto-Feed” System sets a new standard for the destruction industry. This revolutionary system automatically feeds all types and grades of material and allows 1 operator to do the work of 2 or 3, saving you expensive labor costs.

HORIZONTAL BALERS   Allegheny offers a complete line of horizontal closed-end balers and auto-tie open-end balers to increase the efficiency of your disposal or recycling operations.   Allegheny balers produce dense, superior quality bales that increase your recycling profits. Bale weights range from 175 lbs. up to 1,500 lbs.
